Subv 1d61cd4460 Services/FS: Implemented DeleteExtSaveData, CreateSystemSaveData and DeleteSystemSaveData
Also fixed a bug with CreateExtSaveData that made it unable to create ExtSaveData archives in the SDMC directory.
